Condition: very good The 4346 is a compact self-feeding grinder that will mix and grind or just mix…fresh meat trimmings or in frozen warm flakes (above 24°F) or 11 ⁄4" x 11 ⁄4" sticks. The Hobart Model 4346 is ideal for produce sausages and ground beef. The 4346 can be used with a Hobart bread machine. All parts of the 4346 that have direct contact with the product they are easily removed or easily cleaned in place. Smooth contours allow easy cleaning background to maintain a hygienic operation.
